With the introduction of updated research in the release version of the game, I think many players were unpleasantly surprised that most of the buildings were blocked with the "Research" mode enabled.
The full potential of the game is revealed only with the use of numerous excellent modifications, with which the updated research is incompatible.
(for example, you can’t build a mod-style low-rise building that uses 0.01 tons of concrete panel without researching panel houses.)
However, in addition to the lockdowns, interesting studies have also been introduced, the so-called "boosts", such as: increasing or decreasing the birth rate, vaccination, reducing fire risk, and much more.
I present to your attention an updated research config file that will allow you to fully enjoy the research opportunities without artificial restrictions on construction.
The mod requires manual installation
1) find the Soviet Republic research folder on your computer (…SteamLibrarysteamappscommonSovietRepublicmedia_sovietresearch)
2) Find the mod folder after you have subscribed and downloaded it. (Path: SteamLibrarysteamappsworkshopcontent7841503468611332)
3) Copy and replace the research.ini file from the mod folder to the research folder in the game folder.
4) Launch the game and enjoy the exploration possibilities in the game, but without the silly building restrictions!
