Goal of the mod :

-Slow Culture and Science to have a better pace and use fully each technology
-Modify AI to make it more competitive at all stage of the game while removing antifun early advantage
-Make city state stronger to avoid rush since game pace is slower
-Make religion spread per city higher to have it more dynamic without the use of religious units
Change (every new change are detail in patch note) :

– Increase Culture points needed for civics by 1.6x to 6x depending on the era to make the pace slower.
– Increase Science points needed for technologies by 1.5x to 6x depending on the era to make the pace slower.
– Reduced the amount of CO2 Coal, Oil and Uranium produce.
– Increase effect of climate change (because it’s slower, even with slower tech)
– Grievance Decay Rate is now slower
– Decrease Eureka and Inspiration bonus from 40% to 30%
– Slightly increase points for Golden Age
– Increse points for Normal and Golden Age by city
– Slightly Increase length of Era (for Normal and Golden Age)
– Decrease cost for tech after World Era (120% -> 115%)
– Increase cost for tech before World Era (80% -> 85%)
– Decrease cost for civics after World Era (120% -> 110%)
– Increase cost for civics before World Era (80% -> 90%)
– Update to Great Person to match science cost
– Supress AI starting units in higher difficulty
– Supress AI starting tech in higher difficulty
– Increase Production, Science, Culture, Gold and Faith for AI in higher difficulty (by roughly 50%)
– Increase spread of religion
– City states start with more units to avoid some rush
– Spy number get multiplied by 2
