Mod Overview
This mutator implements a simple but important logic fix: If armed passengers in vehicles can shoot at enemies, then enemies should be able to shoot back at them.
By default, seats marked as Enclosed stop bots from targeting the occupant. Sometimes, modders mistakenly set seat types incorrectly. This creates unfair gameplay where armed passengers are basically invincible to enemy bots.
It also fixes recoil not applying when using Universal Recoil in enclosed seats. Once the API leaves beta, this fix will be included in my Better Bot Targeting mod.
