Move Auto Explore Button from secondaryArea to primaryArea

Compatibility
Should be compatible with any combination of expansions andor DLC.
Compatible with CQUI , Builder / Military Engineer Lag Fix, "the Better Unit List" and "the Better Combat Preview (UI)", but will conflict with any other mods that replace UnitPanel.lua.
In case of any incompatibilities, please disable this mod.

Can be added to, or removed from, games at anytime.
