Close-Kin Bonds
Have you ever wanted to marry your siblings in-game without having to convert to a religion that allows it? If so, this is the mod for you!
Adds a new cultural tradition called Close-Kin Bonds, that allows incestuous marriages (and concubinages!) regardless of your faith’s doctrines.
Also for any culture that’s adopted the tradition, it gets rid of any negative "incest is taboo" scheme modifiers (as long as the seduction target is of that culture!), and makes it so that anyone of that culture that gets caught having an incestuous affair, will not get the incestuous trait!
I wanted to get the base function of the mod out, so this mod, for now, will not include any events about your Head of Faith demanding you get rid of the tradition, like they do for eg. concubinage if your faith has the monogamous doctrine. As for anything else I might have included in the mod files that I already forgot about, I am unsure of their function.
Should be compatible with any mod that doesn’t overlap with any of the changes made by this mod, biggest one of them being the seduce_scheme.txt file found in scheme/scheme_types
