Frost Dawn – The Remake
(this is an entire remake of a past Scenario i made and more lore is in the change notes and ill finish all the flags soon)
the year 2140 a lot has changed in the past century a lot have suffered nations have fallen, failed or barely hang on.
Unitary American Republic: the United States was doing good and even after the seas started to lower they thought it was all okay it couldn’t happen here even the president said on broadcast that the US would never fail. how wrong he was 5 years later in 2091 the US the economy collapsed and riots spread due causing the US Army to intervene and coup the government and a year later would declared the US constitution invalid and dead nd their first act was to seize Canada tho the invasion would stagger and fail causing the entire nation to collapse and later in 2095 the Unitary American Republic was proclaimed. though later in 2135 a coup would start in the south and try to march north though the fighting would stalemate and and the ANUP would would onto powers as they had the past 25 years and would elect Richard Adams in the 2138 election
Russian Social Union Russia: had to had in the 2000s with the collapse of Gorbachev’s USSR after the 2008 recession Russia was thrown into the world unstable and barely alive though during the 2009 election the running canidate Vladimir Putin was killed in a bombing. Russia would still hold it and stayed alive until the chemicals were dropped in 2075. Russia immediately felt the effects as Siberia began to freeze over the seas lowered, lakes disappeared and then in 2089 Russia was rocked by revolution and the Russian Social Union was declared tho it wouldn’t last long as a series of 5 coups would rock Russia fracturing it into pieces and china stole the far east tho the union was brought back after the brief civil war in 2095.
Peoples Republic of China: China was a powerful nation a super power who challenged the world and even as the world froze they still marched on though internally China was fracturing into cliques and factions. The annexation of the far east would divide the CCP further. and China stood still no longer marching as strong but barely moving with every faction dragging their heels. As the new century begin China was the only country who refused to adapt to the increasingly cold world and seeing their internal divisions and wanting to comprise in 2130 they would elect Huo Feng as chairman of the China as a compromise to appease all sides. Though the military hated him but they went along with it as they wouldn’t dare shake China that bad.
Atlantropa: Atlantropa was brought back as an idea to counter act the increasing power shortage in Europe and through bribes and other methods it was pass bringing power and and also ruin the the Mediterranean.
the Sea: in 2074 the UN would try to deal with the increasing problem of global warming and would just barely end up agreeing on the idea to dump chemicals in the arctic to cool down the planrt though it would work too well and the planet began to get colder and the seas began to lower and by 2140 they had lowered 22 meters. Causing land like Doggerland to reemerge from beneath the waves.
