The aquarium is a favorite for both children and adults!
It’s a small aquarium, but it’s very expensive, and if you start before 1950 you need to research technology to build it, a lot of prefabs, and also transportation like railroads or subways to support the large number of people who come to visit.
I tried to add a lot of water requirements to this building, but it failed due to the game mechanics, so maybe if the game mechanics allow this building it may be redone later.
