Public Wells
This mod aims to allow the player to automate the use of all in-town wells.
In vanilla, Greyflayer Village is the only town the player can automate the well because it is level 1 and by default requires 1 operator. This mod adds an operator requirement to all in-town "Public Wells" and retains the levels (ex. Rot is still level 2 and is less efficient than a Public well 3). The player created wells and tech is kept the same and player wells 2/3 will still be automated.
Not tested with other well mods. Thanks
