Description:

This mod primarily adjusts provinces.png and 00_landed_titles.txt to Make the Roman Empire map look better.

It adds several Roman-themed decisions, Roman units, cultural traditions, new bookmarks, and special buildings. These include restoring the Western Roman Empire, establishing the Four Praetorian Prefectures, reforming Roman dioceses.
