Worldwide Revolution – 1956
What if the Spartacist revolution in Weimar Germany actually succeeded? I don’t know. Maybe it’d look similar to this. With this concept, I have made this scenario. The second world war still happened, consisting of Spartacist Germany against most of Europe. Germany, after winning the war due to not having to deal with the USSR, was able to spread socialism by setting up puppet governments in most of Europe. Southeast Europe, out of fear of this red scare happening right next to them, has had radically far right militaristic-focussed governments elected out of promises for protection of the people. While most countries in Europe fell to Germany, the British were eventually allowed to keep their independance if they signed a crushing peace deal, including limiting the army size of the British to 25 thousand men, imposing restrictions on the navy, causing it to be rendered useless, and repairations being a devestating 21 billion British Pounds, due to how large the Spartacist’s new territory was.
Now, a new far right extremist party has been elected in the United Kingdom, something the Spartacists call a pathetic spasm before death. The US is facing issues, too, with the public not only being terrified of the red scare, but angry with the US government due to their lack of involvement in Europe. The Russian people’s anger of the difference in wealth between Russia and Germany despite them having the same ideology has turned into a far-right revolution. In Africa, French nationalists seek to restore Africa to the colonialism era, performing a successful coup in the West, growing their territory over time.
Will prosperity win, or the obsession of revenge?
