2-Transfer Non-Core Provinces: Allows Players To Transfer "ALL" Non-Core Provinces To a Player/AI (Gives ALL NON CORES)
3-Return Core: Let Players To Return Reciving Country’s Cores. (For Example England Returning ALL French Cores In Maınland)
4-Return Claims: Players Can Give All Of Reciving Country’s Claimed Lands At Once
