解锁勋号兵士上限
此Mod应人强烈要求而作
内容：
– 原版游戏所有勋号兵士依然只能招募一队，但现在数量上限和普通兵士一样
– 原版bug修复：现在勋号兵士作为头衔兵士也只能招募一队了
Content：
– All accolade maa in vanilla game: you still just have one team, but its maximum num is the same as normal maa now
– Vanilla game bug fixed: now accolade maa can only have one team of title maa
