Flush Biosculpter Tuning

Adds an option to the biosculpter pod to clear the biotuning so that it can tune to someone else. If you have the tech to build a new one, why can’t you reset it to its default state?
The flush cycle takes a little while (7 days default, configurable) and consumes power as if running a normal cycle.
Compatibility:
– Compatible with anything that doesn’t touch the biosculpter pod
– Might be compatible with things that do, but experiment at your own risk
– Safe to add to existing saves
– Should be safe to remove
