It came from the second dimension, Game and Watch appears with a few new tricks up his sleeve. Utilizing the power that is virtual boy, deploy deadly combos only possible with 32 bits. When your watch goes off, make sure to play it loud!

-FORWARD AIR: Mario Bros
Push a package forward that launches foes.
-NEUTRAL AIR: Tropical Fish
A 3 hit multi hit that entraps foes and sends them upwards. A great combo tool!
-UP AIR: Spitball Sparky
Shoot a projectile upwards that deals multiple hits.
-DOWN AIR: Donkey Kong Jr
Strike downwards with a massive key that spikes. Game and Watch now stops shortly after, allowing for a second attack.
-BACK AIR: Turtle Bridge
A back wards multihit that can carry foes.
-FRONT STRONG: Fire Attack
A frontward strike that launches foes with great force.
-UP STRONG: Octopus Headbutt
Game and Watch equips his scuba helmet to launch foes. By unfocusing himself, the attack now has a larger hitbox.
-DOWN STRONG: Vermin
A long range attack that covers both sides and spikes.
-NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Chef
Shoot out 3 projectiles that entrap foes all at fixed directions. Can be used to rain terror in the sky, though the hitboxes go away when the food falls on the ground – no 5 second rule.
-SIDE SPECIAL: Judge
Cycle between 9 different attacks with different properties, with a "9" being the strongest. Judge is now truly random, meaning you could get the same number twice in a row.
-UP SPECIAL: Fire
Shoot upwards, damaging foes, and slow your decent with a parachute. By pressing shield or any attack, you can cancel the parachute animation.
-DOWN SPECIAL: 3D Tetris
Place a Tetris block in midair, then send it downwards when the time is right, damaging and even light spiking foes. When one block is sent down, another will spawn allowing for it to rain Tetris blocks.
-ULTRA: Lucky Judge
Bypass RNG and use judge with a guaranteed 9. No drawbacks either, a straight up free pass for a 9.
