Jesse
Jesse is an original MUGEN character made by The_None. He is near and dear to my childhood and now I’ve recreated him in Smack!
Neutral B: Jesse shoots an iceball that will freeze an opponent for exactly one second. There will be a cooldown before you are able to fire this move again. Attempting to use this move again during that cooldown time will fire out a worthless projectile instead.
Side B: Jesse does a quick sliding kick forward. If the down button is held by the time the kick comes out, Jesse will do a lower profile sweeping kick instead.
Up B: Jesse’s head inflates like a balloon, allowing him to fly up. Can be moved left or right.
Down B: A counter that shoots three projectiles.
