A lighter, floatier version of Bluey. Main differences are that she’s a bit smaller than her big sister, some attacks have different properties, in the Up B she calls a divine lighting that shall pierce the skies, and B is an Asteroid she can use to hover towards the stage, were she to get launched far away. And, of course, her Ultra is Sleepytime!
