NEUTRAL SPECIAL: ROCKET FIST
Cyberius fires one of his fists out to deliver a long range punch. You get a single rocket fist, but you can get another by decking your opponent in the face!
SIDE SPECIAL: LIGHTNING SLICE
Cyberius quickly slashes in front of himself.
UP SPECIAL: WINDMILL KICK
Cyberius spins and kicks his opponents into the air.
DOWN SPECIAL: LIGHTNING MINE
Cyberius sends his energy into an orb of unstable energy. Use the special a second time to detonate the orb, but be careful, as you can get hit by the blast as well.
ULTRA: LIGHTNING BLADE
Cyberius channels his power into a single slash, sending opponents flying with the residual electricity.
