Tulin
Soaring into battle from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Tulin, the best character in all of Zelda–*cough* I mean the hero of Rito Village, joins Smack Studio!
While his specialty is the bow and arrow, he now has every single Rito weapon at his disposal, including a Feathered Edge, Feathered Spear, and the Kite Shield! The spear is his weapon of choice for strong attacks, and it has a powerful sweetspot right at the tip!
NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Bow and Arrow
Hold B to nock an arrow, then release to let it fly. Charge until you hear a *ding* for extra damage!
SIDE SPECIAL: Vow of Tulin
This is based off of Tulin’s signature ability in Tears of the Kingdom, which caused many people to lose their items off a cliff, but is still super handy when paragliding around! Tulin will unleash a gust of wind forwards, stunlocking any enemies caught in the gust, and will launch himself forward at high speed! Can be followed up with an UP B for extra height for recovery.
UP SPECIAL: Revali’s Gale
A reprise of Revali’s iconic ability in Breath of the Wild! Launches Tulin straight upwards at high speed, allowing him to recover from a fall or even hit airborne enemies from below. Can be followed up with a SIDE B for horizontal distance.
DOWN SPECIAL: Ice Arrow / Bomb Arrow
When used on the ground, Tulin will shoot an Ice Arrow at the ground directly in front of him. This is a slow attack, but when it connects, it will freeze opponents in their tracks, allowing Tulin to follow up with an attack of his choosing!
When used in the air, Tulin will fire a Bomb Arrow straight downwards, dealing big damage to enemies below him.
ULTRA: Ancient Arrow
Tulin will let fly a single Ancient Arrow straight forward, dealing devastating damage to the unlucky target.
