Neutral Special: Kamehameha – Goku charges up a beam that can be released in 3 stages, with the final charge being the most powerful.
Neutral Special (Air): Ki Blast – Goku fires a Ki Blast at an angle downwards, giving him some extra height.
Side Special: Kaioken Attack – Goku charges up Kaioken to rush at the enemy before unleashing a huge combo attack.
Down Special: Solar Flare – Goku puts his hands to his head before releasing a huge burst of light, stunning those blinded by it.
Up Special: Spirit Bomb! – Goku rises into the air, asking for everyone to lend him their energy before firing a huge ball of ki. (Can be cancelled by pressing Shield)

Special mechanics:
Goku’s forward smash can have a second part to it if you press the attack button twice. This lets him do a large slam with Kaioken while taking a bit of self damage. This can only be done before the attack connects.
Goku’s Up air can be cancelled into any move upon connecting.
