Rocco’s life is intertwined with the ocean, beginning with his mornings at the beach gym and continuing through his work at his shop–Surf ‘n Scuba Sanctuary. His adventurous spirit and passion for aquatics make him an exciting and dynamic individual who embraces life with open arms.
Gimmick: his moveset changes completely underwater, from tilts to strongs, and even air attacks.
N-Special:
(Ground) Throws his surfboard like a Frisbee.
(Water) An AoE of light.
(Still does the Frisbee if you jump in the water.)
S-Special:
(Ground) Dashes forward, twirling his surfboard, which also reflects. Pressing Special again has him strike horizontally with his board.
(Water) A series of twirling kicks that ends with a spike downward.
D-Special:
(The only attack that’s the same)
Gets on his surfboard. If he lands on water, he surfs and can twirl for an attack.

(Ground) Swings his surfboard upwards in a series of strikes.
(Water) Propels himself upwards with a body blow.
