Patrol Paths
Added a patrol table that creates patrol orders, that you can "turn in" att patrol posts. The patrol table is restricted indoors and the patrol post generates 1 energy when used. (mitigated with fast burn time)

The items are added to the start, so you can create them right away.
First of you want to create the patrol table, it can create and hold one pierce of patrol orders, reson for only holding one item is you dont want a patrol to hold more then one order att a time.
Second place a patrol post where you want the person to run to. If there is a patrol order in the patrol tabel it will be picked upp and carried to the post, where it is used upp in a second.
You can as usual shift + right click on the patrol post and patrol table to add an order to repeat, like most stuff in the game.
