STRUDELER’S CIVILIZATIONS: NOXUS
  • Requires: Rise and Fall, Gathering Storm, Byzantium and Gaul Civilization Pack, Ethiopia Civilization Pack, and Persia and Macedonia Civilization Pack.
  • Is multiplayer compatible.

    LEADER: SAHN-UZAL (DARK FAITH)

  • Trait – The Hall of Bones: Capturing a city grants an Envoy and +20% Production in all cities for the next 5 turns. Levying city-state units costs 50% less Gold. Units gain +5 Combat Strength when adjacent to a Settler. Apostles begin with Barbarian Conversion. Occupied cities suffer -5 Loyalty. Gain the Noxiiman unique unit.
  • Agenda – Destiny, Domination, Deceit: Grievances do not decay. Refuses to make peace. Hostile towards all civilizations.

    LEADER: MORDEKAISER (IRON REVENANT)

  • Trait – Eternal Servitude: Units gain +5 Combat Strength against heroes or dragons. Capturing a city or building a level of wall heals all units by 15 HP. Units gain +15% Lifespan with each new era. Gain the Children of the Grave unique unit, and defeating non-barbarian units has a chance to capture Children of the Grave.
  • Agenda – Immortal Bastion: Likes civilizations that build walls. Dislikes civilizations that do not build walls.

    LEADER: LEBLANC

  • Trait – Black Rose: The Government Plaza and its buildings grant +1 Spy capacity. +50% Production towards the Government Plaza, its buildings, and Spies. Spies begin with Disguise.
  • Agenda – Principle of Guile: Grievances decay twice as slow. Likes civilizations that do not gossip. Dislikes civilizations that gossip.

    LEADER: JERICHO SWAIN

  • Trait – Murder of Demonic Crows: The capital gains +1 Science, Culture, Gold, Faith, and Diplomatic Favour, increasing for each suzerain city-state. Delegations and Embassies gain +1 Science, Culture, Gold, and [ICON_Faith] Faith when at peace. Gain +1 Diplomatic Vision with all civilizations when at war.
  • Agenda – Principle of Vision: Grievances decay twice as fast. Likes civilizations with a large army and high production. Dislikes civilizations with a small army and low production.

    LEADER: DARIUS VARN

  • Trait – Trifarian Legion: Units gain +5 Combat Strength against barbarians, city-states, and free cities. Defeating enemy units grants 3 Great General points. Defeating an enemy unit or pillaging a tile within the borders of an enemy city lowers Loyalty by -5. Gain the Raise Warhost unique project.
  • Agenda – Principle of Might: Will never give up anything in a peace deal. Likes civilizations with a large army and many Great People. Dislikes civilizations with a small army and few Great People.

    CIVILIZATION: NOXUS

  • Trait – Gate to Noxus: Military units occupying a district within home territory start the turn with +1 Movement.
  • Spawn Bias – None.

    LEADER PROJECT: RAISE WARHOST

  • City-based project unique to Darius Varn. Awards Great General points and grants all units 1 Experience once finished. While active, each of your Citizens here exert +3 Loyalty pressure to this city. This pressure also affects other cities within 9 tiles, but is 10% less effective per tile.

    LEADER UNIT: NOXIIMAN

  • Sahn-Uzal’s unique Ancient era Anti-Cavalry class unit that replaces the Spearman. +1 Movement in enemy territory. Pillaging costs 1 Movement. Can convert adjacent Barbarians.

    LEADER UNIT: CHILDREN OF THE GRAVE

  • Mordekaiser’s unique Support class unit. Cannot be produced or purchased. Has a 10 turn Lifespan (on Standard Speed). Adjacent enemies cannot heal. Adjacent units heal +10 HP.

    CIVILIZATION UNIT: BASILISKMAN

  • Noxian unique Heavy Cavalry class unit. Available at Horseback Riding. Cost increases with each copy. Has a 20 turn Lifespan (on Standard Speed). +10 Combat Strength with each new era.

    CIVILIZATION DISTRICT: RECKONER’S ARENA

  • A building unique to Noxus that replaces the Arena. Very cheap. No maintenance. +2 Amenities and Production. Entertainment Complexes grant +1 Production towards units for every Reckoner’s Arena, up to +20.
