Description:

Adds functionality for abilities to be added to the top-right of the screen, next to the original "CommandHUD".

This mod has no effect on its own; other mods must make use of the feature.
Please see this demo mod as an example
Users can also edit abilities in the configuration file to be turned into commander abilities without having to install new mods for it

• See the config file XComCommanderHUD.ini, where you can specify an ability to be modified into a commander ability

Should work with LWOTC

Supports [WOTC] Cost-Based Ability Colors, which colors the abilities, toggle for it is in the configuration file

Note: overrides classes UITacticalHUD_CommanderHUD
