Less Cultures (European Cultures Exempt)
Merges all cultures that:
Have the same cultural traits and;
Have the same heritage and;
Are not far too far away from eachother (european colonial cultures still in place).
Note: all european heritages cultures are not merged in this version, this includes not only europe but also european cultures in the americas.
You can take a decision that after taken will merge all cultures and apply the same effect every 5 years so nothing strange happens.
