Description:

This mod changes how State Transfer work on Treaties.

Changes:

– Minimum -100 cap for states are removed.

– This is changed with a more dynamic system that multiply the states value by 1.5 until it exceed -60.

-asking or giving split states gives +10 opinion.

-Gifting States are fixed

I hope that with this mode I can minimize the border gore
