Chaos Islands
This map is extremely rugged. Finding locations for stations is going to be difficult for some towns, and navigating the elevations should be an interesting challenge. Most cargo can be shipped by boat, but there are still many routes that will require trains and trucks as well. All except one industry can be reasonably connected by rail if you want, but it will require some interesting routes.
This is another entry in my series of smaller maps. Except this one is Medium 1:2. Start year 1880 (this one) 1940, and 2000 are available, as well as a no industry version. Later years have updated road networks and bridges.
