Dawn of the Dead: New Infected Mod
I am not sure if I wanted to post this or not here. This was the mod that a group of trolls had gotten DMCA a few weeks ago. It was called DOTD Zombie Faction Mod. A user named Monkestein and his alts had gotten it removed. The alt who I now forget the name of kept writing that it gave his PC Computer Aids. People who defended me were accused of being bots. The whole ordeal sucked.
The mod was removed.
I made sure this time around to document everything I changed in a YouTube video. I showed off exactly what I added and that everything Dawn of the Dead still spawns. Nothing from Dawn of the Dead is in this mod. This is an addon for Dawn of the Dead and requires it. The only thing in this mod is fauna from Colt’s Fallout Mod and PenguinofDooms [ASV] Indomitus.
I redid everything. I found the key to having it work. I replaced the crawler infected with Demons from the new 40k mod. I put the Fallout Creatures in singleplayer along with the 40k creatures. The Fallout Creatures do not work in MP. Their animations break. I do not know why. Enable special infected in the mission options but not extreme mode. Too many 40k demons and the game will crash. If I’m allowed I will continue to add 40k demons as more are added to [ASV] Indomitus and/or Fallout. I have Colt and Dictatus Imperialis on my friends list. I have asked both of them before if I may use their mods and both have said yes. In Dictatus case he said only the assets from the only Call to Arms version.
I’m Survival War on Facebook. I lost Survival War a week ago after ten years. I had 54, 000 people following me. Now I just post on my main page. I did not want to post for a long time after both the DMCA and loosing my Facebook page. This is the first mod I have done in a long time. My other mods all went private.
