Introducing the RE2-Stratos end-game space superiority fighter/bomber.
The Stratos is rocking:
2x Heavy HyperLaser cannons
2x Sledgehammer Torpedo launchers
2x Light gat cannons
5x Light laser turrets
22k shields, more than some capital vessels!
and enough manoeuvrability to dodge a considerable amount of incoming fire.
The Stratos is designed to stay at range and use its hyperlasers to down shields of its targets. Then, once the targets shields are down, it swoops in a max speed to deliver two sledgehammer torpedoes into the face of the enemy! Just one of these torpedoes is enough to put a hole straight through a regular Zirax cruiser. Two is just being thorough!
The Stratos also has a great selection of QoL utilities inside such as a trauma and clone station, food processor and constructor, additional storage and a passenger seat.
Take the scenic view with the front pilot seat and cruise and explore and when things get spicy switch to the rear mounted armoured cockpit and deliver swift doom to whoever stands in your way!
