Adds Rina Tennoji from Love Live! as a playable character, and her Rina-Chan Board that syncs with your expressions*! It functions as a moderate to severely faster scooter, without needing the Scooter Badge.
Includes a config option to get rid of the Rina-Chan Board (for less hat wheel clutter)
Has dye support & costume support aside from Wireframe
Includes a weapon and two stickers with holo versions
*it doesn’t work in cutscenes and on ghost players currently
