Termae irrigation fertility
This mod is meant to supplement the fertility water building from: The_Yogi.
Love the mod, but I felt that the Romans weren’t quite there, so I added a +1 fertility to thermae (yes, tier 4). This way you will be able to reach a total of +5, restoring your base fertilty (actually adding +1, since after some time after the death of Attila climate goes back to -4).
