Kasane Teto

The UTAU Kasane Teto joins Rivals of Aether!

Teto has a meter that fills as she lands attacks, giving her access to enhanced specials when filled. This mechanic is mostly focused around enhanced NSPECIAL, but her other specials also gain slight buffs. However, the moves that involve singing (NAIR2, DTILT, and NSPECIAL) inflict a brief status effect on opponents that make your next attack deal extra damage and give extra meter! Use this to your advantage to fill the meter more quickly. Be careful when at full meter, though; you’ll take extra damage while it’s stored!

Teto sings to send a bouncing projectile forwards. This is one of the attacks that inflicts the status. Enhancing this move turns it into a fast-traveling projectile with high knockback!

Teto flies upwards while spinning for a multihit combo finisher using her chimera wings. This move goes higher when enhanced!

Teto flies forwards using a baguette. This move can be angled while traveling, but leaves you vulnerable when whiffed! When enhanced, it travels faster and has a wider range of angles.

Teto uses her twin drills to dig into the ground! The start of this move acts as a strong spike. While digging, you’re immune to projectiles and can move around. Releasing the special button lets you do a combo starting attack! When enhanced, this move has stronger knockback on the spiking hit and can move faster while digging.

Teto’s victory theme is Song of the Eared Robot by nwp8861. The music that plays when you taunt with full meter is Teto Territory by oxi.
(also as a side note this is specifically based around utau teto so there’s no synthv but there is a synthv palette)
