Wait a minute… A scp mod for tboi? Is this really happening?

Yes! This mod adds four new scp items, which are related to what they do as scps.

SCP-149: Blood Flies

Blood Flies upgrades your blue flies to blood flies, receiving the ability to temporary infect enemies. They also have 20% chance to be respawned when an infected enemy is killed. Guppy approves!
You can see how the flies work below:

* The infection is applied after dealing contact damage.
* Infection duration is increased with multiple flies.
* Enemies can have multiple infection types at the same time.

Synergies:

• Hive Mind: Doubles damage from infection and/or specials.
• Any thing that is able to make blue flies or their variants.

SCP-500: Panacea

"SCP personnel below Level 3 are now banned from handling SCP-500. This is not to be used to cure a hangover. Get AIDS and then ask permission."

Panacea checks if current stats are lower than character initial stats, which then replaces them with the initial stats. Stats that are currently converted by Panacea are not actual stats! It means that future stats up/down affect your stats before being replaced. Stats begin to increase only after conversion is no longer necessary.

Example: Isaac starts with 0 luck. If Isaac collects Panacea while having -2 luck, the stat is converted to 0, but your real stat is still -2 luck! If Isaac then uses a luck up pill, your luck stat is still 0, since the actual luck is now -1 instead of -2.

Note: Panacea considers Eden and modded characters as Isaac. Dark Judas and Lazarus Risen are ignored, affecting their original characters instead.

Synergies:

• Any thing that decreases stats, especially in large quantities. Examples: Polyphemus, Soy Milk, Eve’s Maskara…

SCP-1079: Bubblebath Bonbons

Bubblebath Bonbons gives one empty heart container and turns red hearts into pink bonbons. They refill one half red heart, permanently increase your damage by 0.05 and Isaac periodically drips pink blood depending on how many bonbons were eaten. Also, unlike red hearts, bonbons can be collected while full health or not having heart containers.

This item replaces: half red heart, full red heart, double red heart, blended heart and scared heart.

Synergies:

• Diplopia: Damage is doubled. (can be increased multiple times)
• Soy Milk: Damage bonus is flat, so it’s possible to get high amount of damage with this item.
• Any thing that creates red hearts.

SCP-1025: Encyclopedia of Diseases (Bonus)

Applies a random debuff to all enemies in room, lasting between five to ten seconds. While holding, debuffs are upgraded.

• Poison/Burn: 40% Increased efficiency.
• Freeze: Enemy receives more damage based on current HP. (less hp = more damage, up to double)
• Slow: 25% Increased slowness.
• Charm: 33% Chance to drop a random heart upon death. (does not count friendly enemies)
• Fear: Enemy receives 50% more damage from any source.
• Confusion: Enemies have a chance to randomly damage themselves. (25% chance per second)
• Shrink: Enemies are killed upon taking damage. (you no longer need to step on them)
• Midas: Enemies have 20% chance to drop a penny upon taking damage.
• Bleed: Constantly deals 5% Isaac’s current damage.

Synergies:

• Car Battery: High chance to applies two debuffs at the same time.
• Any thing that applies debuffs.

Question: Why the mod doesn’t show the scp number from the items in the name or description?
Answer: Because I don’t want the mod looking out of place with Isaac Universe. You can play the mod without even knowing about scp at all, since item effects are a mixture between scp function and Isaac gameplay. They are supposed to be similar, not equal.

Question: Are you going to make new packs?
Answer: The plan is to make a large pack with multiple scps and then keep updating it with new content, periodically. SCP Pack was made first to see if people like the idea.

Question: Are you going to add SCP -insert random number-?
Answer: Maybe. You can propose scp ideas in the "SCP Ideas" topic.
