Stellaris Bio-Reactor
There’s no reasonable justification for this, this is like totally immersion-breaking. But I kept noticing that in the late game, the demand for electricity is so high and the supply for wheat and fish is so much. And so my brain just went like, wait, food into power… Stellaris Bio-Reactor…
Anyways, I have no idea how balanced this is. The Bio-Reactor requires all five tier 5 industry techs, and it uses a lot of employees, and requires a large amount of grain and fish and meat to process. But at the same time, it can also output a ton of electricity (425 electricity at max output, at the cost of 50 engines, 300 grain, 150 fish, and 100 meat, with the labour of 6200 labourers, 4700 machinists, and 4200 engineers).
Also Portugal doesn’t start with a Bio-Reactor, the screenshots are just to show off the stats.

Update: After playing the game with this mod on I realized that the numbers for the production methods were pretty badly unbalanced, so I decided to rebalance the numbers a bit so that it’s actually possible to have Bio-reactors that are not just constantly bleeding money.
