Ithaca M37
Adds the Ithaca 37 into Intravenous 2.
The Ithaca 37 performs similarly to the base game R870 but with a slightly quicker rate of fire thanks to its slam firing capability. It also ejects shell straight down instead of sideways like most shotguns. If you saw both its stock and barrel, you may be even allowed to go on to the dance floor.
