More States of England 英格兰省份细化
Do you think strength of England in the game does not match the actual strength of 19 century? There are only 5 states in England, which is much less than France.
Therefore, this mod adds more states to England in the game based on the nine regions in modern England.
Modification content:
1. This mod is to add more states of England in the game based on the nine regions in modern England:
Home Counties -> Greater London and South East
Midlands -> East Midlands and West Midlands
Yorkshire -> Yorkshire&the Humber and North East
The separated states obtain resource, population and land data from the original state.
2.The name of the state was changed from the name of the modern England region, for example, the West Country were changed into South West
3.Two state_traits have been added: Thames River (plus 15 infrastructure, in the state of Greater London and South East) and London City (5% manufacturing throughput and 5% service throughput, in the state of Greater London)

There is a bug that does not affect the game: the pictures displayed on the modified provincial homepage may not be so good looking. For example, the homepage pictures of Western European cities cannot be loaded from Greater London, which is an unresolved problem.

因此本mod基于现代英格兰的九个大区在游戏中对英格兰增加了state
修改内容：
1、本mod是以现在英格兰行政区划扩展游戏中英格兰的state
伦敦周边 -> 大伦敦 和 东南英格兰
中英格兰 -> 西米德兰 和 东米德兰
约克 -> 约克郡与亨伯 和 西北大区
分离出来的state按比例从原state获得资源、人口、土地数据
2、以现代英格兰大区名修改了state的名字，如西南诸郡修改为西南大区
3、增加了两个地区buff，泰晤士河（加15基础设施，拥有的state为大伦敦和东南英格兰）与伦敦城（5%制造业吞吐量和5%服务业吞吐量，拥有的state为大伦敦）

存在有一个不影响游戏的bug：修改了的省份主页显示的图片可能不是那么好看，比如大伦敦无法加载出西欧城市的主页图片，这是一个尚未解决的问题。
