No! Dispenser (REP | AB+)

This is a fairly simple in function mod, all it does is add a new machine called the "No! Dispenser" into all Shops. At a "No! Dispenser" you can buy a "No!" Trinket for 30 cents once per run. If you buy a "No!" from the "No! Dispenser" the "No! Dispenser" will not appear for the rest of the run.

Q: What does "No!" do?
A: No! is a trinket in the base game that makes it so active items do not appear and instead only passive items.
Q: Are you aware that the No! Dispenser currently sits ontop of the trapdoor for Member Card?
A: It’s been fixed!
