Description:

Babylon Rework: Based on Manor District. Babylon’s ability has been reworked, introduced their new unique district, the Ilku. Both Babylon’s civilization ability and leader ability have been overhauled, combining enhanced gameplay with greater historical authenticity.

Babylon

Civilization Trait: King of Just Edict
  • Each type of specialty district adjacent to the Government Plaza grants +1 yield of their types to all cities, and an additional +1 for each specialist in those districts.

Civilization Unique District: Ilku
  • Babylonian unique intensive agricultural facilities.
  • Replaces the Manor district and cheaper to build.
  • +1 Food adjacency bonus from each type of resources improved by Plantation or Farm.
  • Provides Faith equal to its adjacency bonus if there are at least 3 specialists in adjacent districts.
  • provides Science equal to its adjacency bonus if there are at least 6 specialists in adjacent districts.

Civilization Unique Unit: Sabum Kibittum
  • Currently unchanged. Will update with suitable historical materials.

Hammurabi

Leader Trait: Code of Hammurabi
  • Government Plaza is unlocked at the Code of Laws civic, and +100%Production towards Government Plaza and buildings for that district.
  • Cannot choose policy slots before "Political Philosophy" civic been researched; instead, gains bonuses from all Ancient Era policies already unlocked.

Temporary Workaround for Hammurabi’s Policy Reminder Issue

I’m currently unable to fix Hammurabi’s end-turn policy prompt. As a workaround, please either:
• Press Shift+Enter to force end your turn, OR
• Use this "Auto End Turn" mod
