This mod adds a new trinket into the basement!
~ COUPON BOOK ~
– The higher your luck the higher the chance to put items on sale!
– If held with Steam Sale item has a chance to become free of charge
– Chance with 0 luck is 1/6 and every luck up adds increases the chance by .5 (1 luck = 1/5.5)
