Armored Hearts

Adds Armored Hearts, a new pickup, as a somewhat uncommon drop from entering a room for the first time.
Armored Hearts are a new type of heart which, when picked up, gives a player protection over their current hearts. These hearts are seperate from normal hearts and can potentially add another 12 hearts to your max health. The amount of hearts you can carry is equal to the amount of hp you have, however. Hearts have a 1/16 chance of dropping every time you enter a new room.
Will be tweaked as the API becomes better.
