This is my another mod from random based series.

This item is basically microtransaction in Isaac.
You can spend 1 key + 5 cents or 15 cents to open our Spoils Chest [TM]
If you are lucky you will receive a rare COLLECTIBLE ITEM! Otherwise you will get yourself soul heart (Not gray one again!)
If you have Mom’s Key you have bigger chances of receiving item!
I’m really open to feedback, I need to find proper % of item drop chances and what collectibles drops if you don’t get the item. If you have any ideas post them in comments thanks!
