Vanilla+ Mod.
– Reworked the Vanilla Idea Groups to become more specialized. Some now exclude eachother, such as Quality and Quantity, Trade and Maritime, Economic and Infrastructure, as well as Humanist and Religious.
– Leader Personalities (Generals and Admirals) are extremely buffed to make their traits actually matter.
– Policies Rebalanced.
– State Edicts Buffed and Rebalanced.
– Trading Policies Buffed.
