The Plausible Colonial Government Expansion Mod allows players to establish colonial governments not just in Africa, but across other continents as well. However, regions that don’t align with 19th-century historical colonial patterns—such as Europe, the USA, Central Asia, and the Middle East—have been intentionally excluded from colonial government formation to maintain historical plausibility.
