Uva’s Beyond Typus Idea Variation Lite Addon

This mod exists to give variation in idea groups to Beyond Typus without changing anything else, unlike the Idea Variation BT Comp-patch which changes other systems.
Main changes/balances:
– More idea group slots (more than BT, but slightly less than Flogi’s to better fit a BT game pace)
– Fixed issue that gave AI insane idea cost reductions compared to the player
– Fixed Beyond Typus estate interactions incompatibility
– Fixed Beyond Typus development point system incompatibility
– Fixed "No Advisor" event popping as an advisor w/ no advisors hired
– Fixed some Estate Agenda options’ requirements to fulfill not working
Future changes:
– Fix/replace development idea group’s ‘ "improve development" decision
– Get rid of buildings tab redundancies (not game-breaking but for QoL)
