Muhu Island
Muhu Island located near estionian coast was recently put into latest Development Plan created by the central government. After basic research and consultations with small local population presence of valuable resources was estabilished. Central government put you in place of the region planner, your job is to develop the island and provide resources for further expansion of other regions that were recognized for Development Plan.
