Vampire Counts Recruitable Renown
Makes it so ALL vampire counts ROR units gain xp, have no cap AND are recruitable directly from buildings.
Obviously, you have to build the buildings to recruit them. They are usually higher tier. Please don’t post requests and NO it will NOT break the game (those of you who remember my original recruitable renown mod from WH1 will know this). I will eventually do ALL factions that have ROR, it just takes a LONG time for me to get around to doing them.
