Class 105 Blue Pack: Batch 2
The class 105 is a diesel mechanical multiple unit designed and built by Cravens of Sheffield. They were introduced from 1956, ended up in most parts of the country and were all withdrawn from passenger use by 1988. They were delivered in 4 batches for different regions with variations between them to account for the different needs of them. The class 112 would later also use this body shell, which is why it may look familiar.
This pack features batch 2, delivered to the London Midland region. These were formed of 2 car ‘power twin’ and 3 car sets, as opposed the standard power trailer setup of other batches. A DTC is included in the pack, however it is slightly broken for now so it isn’t included in any formations.
I may look at doing green variations in the future if people want them.
