Flesh Chunks
About
A mod that spawns flesh chunks when an NPC or a corpse is damaged. The number and launch velocity of the chunks are determined by the proportion of dealt damage to the victim’s maximum health. Should be compatible and used with other gore mods. The default settings is tuned to not be over the top, but they can be adjusted freely.
Features
- When an NPC gets hit some chunks will fly out of them.
- Chunks are clientside.
- Chunks can bounce of/stick to walls.
- Chunks can be set to only spawn on headshots.
- Corpses can also have chunks shot out of them (turn on keep corpse for this feature).
- Adjustable chunk behavior.
- Adjustable chunk culling to prevent FPS deletion.
- Server controls the settings.
Commands
vg_chunk_enabled – Toggle the addon on or off. vg_chunk_maxcount – Maximum number of flesh chunks that can spawn from a damage. vg_chunk_multiplier – Multiplier for how many chunks should spawn. vg_chunk_force_multiplier – Multiplier for how hard the chunks get launched. vg_chunk_maxtotal – Maximum total number of chunks that can exist at once. vg_chunk_wallbounce – Should flesh chunks bounce of steep enough walls? vg_chunk_wallbounce_sticky – Should flesh chunks be sticky? Wallbounce must be enabled for this feature to work. vg_chunk_headshot_only – Should flesh chunks spawn only on headshots? vg_chunk_corpse_onimpact – Spawn chunks when a corpse hit something? vg_chunk_corpse_minspeed – The minimum speed required to create chunks from a corpse on impact.
