This mod removes the restrictions on the "Grant State" and "Take State" diplomatic actions.
With this mod, you can now grant incorporated (core) states to your subjects. Additionally, the "Take State" feature no longer generates infamy or has liberty desire limitations, allowing you to acquire states indefinitely.
