Anyway, this mod is based on Transformers, and it’s a flair for the sprint hat.Instead of a scooter, Hat Kid will be able to transform into a truck and go twice as fast as a regular scooter. However, that being said, I would recommend having the Scooter Badge in order to get the full experience.
