Sensible Power Blocks – IEX Module

Modular IEX is former Industry Expanded Mod but split into few separate mods. So you can disable/enable some of them for your preference or compatibility with your current modset.
Have you ever had a thought like "WTF is this feature, Paradox? These buffs are beyond overpowered and countries that don’t have power blocs suck now! And AI doesn’t pick best options and sticks with coordinated policing nonsense!"
No? Well, I had since power blocs were introduced. So I made this mod… no, I ripped it from HMPS.

– 3 and 4 power bloc principle slots no longer have member quantity requirement.
– There is only 1 level to each principle now.
– Principles are balanced in comparison to each other.
– Mandate Progress tweaked so small power blocs can have mandates.
